2023 Notice

Due to a recent influx of no-shows and late cancelations, All For The Critters will now be collecting a non-refundable deposit of $30 per pet for NEW client appointments, surgical appointments, and appointments for more than two pets at once (discount available for multi-pet visits). Current clients with a history of missing or canceling appointments without adequate notice may also be required to pay a deposit when booking future appointments. If you are present for your appointment, this deposit will appear as a credit on your invoice towards your visit!
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. However, when you don’t call in advance to do so, you may be preventing another pet from getting much needed treatment, and the financial loss hurts us as well. As a small business and non-profit rescue & veterinary clinic, finances are crucial for us to remain open for business. They allow us to continue helping animals in need by pulling pets from high-kill shelters, finding them homes, and providing your pet with affordable veterinary care.
Because of this, we ask that clients needing to cancel or reschedule your appointment do so with AT LEAST 24 hours’ notice when possible so that we have time to fill the opening and shorten waiting periods for other patients also needing to be seen. You can do this by calling our office at (863) 983-9145 or emailing us at allforthecrittersinc@gmail.com. If you do not speak to a staff member directly, you MUST leave a message including the name of the client/pet scheduled to be seen! If you fail to do so, or do not contact us with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be considered forfeit, and you may be required to pay another deposit when rescheduling your appointment.
